We already have an abundance of people meeting and booking with us already! The best way to secure your date is to meet with one of our staff members to do your deposit and go over and sign our contract.
Yes! We will put your deposit towards the total price of whichever date you choose.
Yes! We sure do! We can set up a payment plan for you that works with your schedule or you can pay as your own discretion any amount at any time that you would like. The remaining balance after the $2,000 deposit must be paid in full to clear the balance 60 days prior to the wedding or event date. Your alcohol and drink package portion will be finalized and due 30 days prior to the event.
We do not but we do allow outside catering/ food trucks of all types!
Yes, we do have liquor license now. We have a great bar package at a great price and are very flexible! We include bartenders, security, cups, straws, napkins, ice, etc in the bar package as well as unlimited drinks for each guest and we also have a regular drink package for those under 21, pregnant, or non drinkers that includes our coffee bar, lemonade, iced tea and sodas.
Yes of course! We will hold any event. Bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, Christmas parties, birthday parties, graduation parties, retirement parties, company parties, Quinceanera's, etc!
Yes indeed! We clean up at the end of your event. You are only responsible for any decor that you or your vendors brought in and any personal belongings.
Yes we do, we understand how long it can take for the bridal party to get ready and to set up and decorate, just let us know and we will let you in early.
Yep! We have areas designated for both! We do NOT charge for having your ceremony on site.
We have the perfect bartenders for your wedding already :) They are included in the cost of the bar package. No outside bartenders permitted. We have a dry wedding drink package that includes our bartenders to serve drinks as well.
We provide floor-length tablecloths in 28 color options for all of our tables, it is included with your rental cost!
We would have your DJ announce to everyone to sit at their assigned tables, we would move the head table out of the way and you would get married in that spot (we have a white curtain on the wall with twinkle lights and a wooden arch to decorate) and everyone will be able to see the entire ceremony from start to finish since our space is so open!
YES! We have small drink fridges in both suites. Just bring your own cups/ice and dinnerware for those items. Bring in whatever you'd like, enjoy yourselves! It's YOUR day!
Nope! No hidden fees, charges, gratuity, etc, only extra costs for specific things that aren't already provided.
Yes! If you take a left outside of our venue and drive 10-12 minutes straight you will be in North Canton which has tons of hotels, shops, restaurants, etc!
Yep! Right in front of our venue. No long walks or uphill. Handicap accessible from the front patio to the ceremony site :)
We can have up to 300 guests in our venue for any event. We do not recommend a full 300 guests for your wedding as it limits dance floor space. Under 250 fits comfortably for weddings with a decent dance floor space with using our loft for extra seating.
So with the rental of our venue, you get the entire building- attached upstairs bridal suite with private bathroom, loft, attached groomsmen suite on main floor, large reception area, caterer’s prep room with counter space and a large fridge for your or your caterer’s use with private entrance, full bar with a tv, round tables and gold chiavari chairs plus rectangular tables for head table, food, desserts, etc, floor length tablecloths in a color of your choice included, handicap accessible bathrooms, AC/heat, arch to decorate behind head table, curtain with twinkle lights behind head table, patio area with cocktail tables and string lights, fire pit with wood and chairs provided, outdoor ceremony pad with white garden chairs that are already set up for you and an outdoor circle arch you can decorate, and there is a walkway from the back patio to the ceremony site that is concrete so you never have to walk on the grass and so anyone in a wheelchair can easily get to the ceremony area and back, plus clean up after the wedding by our staff as well as setting up your floor plan and bathroom restock during the wedding.
